Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Maple Cookies

These cookies are fast and easy and full of natural ingredients... and only THREE of them. I'll bet you probably already have them in the house, too. Can't you tell my little one is thinking, "Ok just take the picture and put them in the oven already!" ;)

Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
(or almond, sunflower seed butter, etc)
1/4 cup maple syrup
(or 1/2 cup sugar- I won't judge, we just happen to need to avoid sugar around here)
1 egg
(Pasture-raised if you can.)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix room temperature peanut butter with maple syrup and egg
Form into cookies, press down with a fork in classic peanut butter cookie fashion, and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Pop into the oven for 6-8 minutes or until bottoms are nicely browned but not burned
and then ENJOY!!!
