My daughter named these yummy treats Cranberry Almond Deliciousness. They are really easy to make, consist of only four ingredients and no baking required.
1 cup dates (buy pitted or cut out seeds yourself)
1 cup dried fruit of your choice, obviously we went with cranberry
1 cup almonds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
First grind up a handful of the almonds and set aside.
Next, using a high powered blender or food processor, blend dates, cranberries, and cinnamon into a paste. Then add almonds and pulse until lightly chopped and mixed thoroughly.
