Calcium Bentonite Clay

Shhhhh, I've got a beauty secret...Calcium Bentonite Clay! I do a clay mask once a week, but calcium bentonite has been used for thousands of years around the world both internally and externally. It is used to clear acne, ezcema, psoriasis, relieve muscle and joint pain, treat bites, cuts, wounds, and to detoxify.

Almost all aspects of the natural world have a magnetic charge to them, some positive some negative. Many of the natural toxins we encounter in our lives, such as heavy metals and bacteria, are positively charged. Calcium Bentonite Clay has a strong negative charge, thereby drawing out toxic materials from the body. I have yet to eat it, but from my experience it is amazing for the skin. I mix the clay with equal parts of apple cider vinegar to make a smooth paste. It is very important to use a non-metal bowl and utensil as contact with metal could decrease the clay's potency (remember the magnetic charge). A clay mask made from Bentonite draws excess oils and impurities to the surface of your skin, boosts circulation to tighten the skin and stimulate blood flow, and removes dead skin cells that can clog pores. It is normal for the skin to be slightly red after you remove the mask, but that will disappear in about thirty minutes. You will be amazed at how soft your skin feels afterwards.
